A WATERBORNE INTUMESCENT COATING DESIGNED TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF FIRE ON PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES

• Intumescent coating classified to European Standard EN 13501-1
• Achieves European Class B-s1, d0 on previously painted internal  surfaces
• Waterborne
• Dries to a matt white finish
• Can be overcoated with Zeroflame Topcoat W

Use

Zeroflame Upgrade has been successfully tested to European Standard EN13501-1, achieving B-s1, d0 on wood with a minimum thickness of 8mm, or a non-combustible substrate with a minimum thickness of 6mm, and density ≥338 kg/m³, previously coated with paint to maximum thickness of 360µm.

Appearance & Overcoating

Zeroflame Upgrade achieves a matt white finish. If an alternative colour or gloss level is required Zeroflame Topcoat W is available.
